Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  8. Top with the remaining chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
