Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, onion, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil, add the frozen peas, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
