  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the steak, potatoes, onion, and minced garlic in your slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Whisk gently until blended, then pour this mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Give everything a good stir to ensure the spices cover the beef and potatoes.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low, letting it cook for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, remove the lid and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
