Instructions
- Start by placing the steak, potatoes, onion, and minced garlic in your slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Whisk gently until blended, then pour this mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Give everything a good stir to ensure the spices cover the beef and potatoes.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low, letting it cook for 6 to 8 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, remove the lid and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Re-cover and let it melt into gooey perfection.
- When the time is up, serve the casserole hot, scooping out generous portions.
