Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add beef broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and carrots.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Once the beef is tender, shred it with two forks.
  6. Add the ramen noodles and cook for an additional 10 minutes until noodles are tender.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
