- 1 lb beef chuck roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 3 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add beef broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Stir in the mushrooms and carrots.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once the beef is tender, shred it with two forks.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook for an additional 10 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bok choy or bell peppers.
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes or sriracha.
