Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef chuck roast, minced chipotle peppers, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
  3. Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
  4. Serve the shredded beef on slider buns with optional toppings like avocado, cilantro, and lime wedges.
