  • 1/4 cup sesame teriyaki sauce
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cubed tofu in sesame teriyaki sauce and spread it on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing the baked tofu, shredded carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, and green onions on each tortilla.
