- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/4 cup sesame teriyaki sauce
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cubed tofu in sesame teriyaki sauce and spread it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps by placing the baked tofu, shredded carrots, bell peppers, cucumber, and green onions on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
