- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned; add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sausage, mushrooms, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
