Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before roasting.
- Feel free to add other herbs like thyme or oregano for additional flavor.
