- 1 ball of pizza dough (about 12-inch)
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the top off the head of garlic and drizzle it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Wrap it in foil and roast for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it stretches to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a bowl and mash them into a paste. Combine with ricotta cheese, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic white sauce evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sprinkle dried oregano on top.
- Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before slicing.
