- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the donut holes cool for a few minutes before rolling them in powdered sugar.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
