  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
