  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup green frosting
  • 1/2 cup orange frosting
  • Mini candy pumpkins for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the pumpkin puree and chocolate chips.
  7. Grease a muffin tin and scoop the cookie dough into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
