- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, honey, and melted coconut oil.
- Add the rolled oats, chocolate chips, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking powder to the mixture and stir until well combined.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
