  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add chopped bell peppers, olives, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
