Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked pasta or pizza crust (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in cooked pasta or spread the mixture over a pizza crust, if desired.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
