- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked pasta or pizza crust (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in cooked pasta or spread the mixture over a pizza crust, if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
