Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and greased a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
  4. Stir in the crushed pineapple and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  6. Incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, alternating with milk until just combined.
