- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, pesto, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add a bit of cream cheese to the mixture.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
