Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese
  • 4 ounces Thinly Sliced Prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons High-Quality Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Flour for Rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside to heat.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Prepare a sheet of parchment paper and transfer the rolled-out dough onto it.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil, focusing on the edges.
  5. Bake the dough for about 7-10 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
  6. Add torn pieces of burrata over the baked crust.
  7. Layer prosciutto slices on top of the burrata.
  8. Drizzle honey over the pizza.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the burrata melts.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper flakes before slicing.
