Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries and any optional add-ins like white chocolate chips or lemon zest.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
