- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Combine mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling into the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce.
