- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Top each slice with a piece of brie cheese and a slice of pear.
- Drizzle honey over the top of each crostini.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
