Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until fully combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
