- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt, and mix well.
- Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
