A delicious recipe for pan-fried pork dumplings that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Water for steaming
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over, and pinch to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the dumplings to the skillet and fry until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add a splash of water to the skillet and cover to steam the dumplings for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the water evaporates and the bottoms are crispy.
- Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the dumplings tightly to prevent them from opening while cooking.
- You can add vegetables like cabbage or carrots to the filling for extra flavor.
- These dumplings can be frozen before cooking for later use.
