- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Shape the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap, forming a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Roll the mixture tightly using the plastic wrap to form a log, then chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Slice the chilled log into sushi-like pieces.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the sushi rolls and serve.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the log a day in advance. For a warm treat, you can briefly warm the rolls in an air fryer.
