Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap, forming a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Roll the mixture tightly using the plastic wrap to form a log, then chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Slice the chilled log into sushi-like pieces.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the sushi rolls and serve.
