Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter and peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar with the remaining peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the Oreo crust.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler and pour over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into bars and serve.
