- 48 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 10 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the finely crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Create the cream cheese mixture: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Add the whipped topping: Gently fold in the Cool Whip and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture.
- Build the layers: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Repeat the layers: Follow with the second half of the cream cheese mixture and then top with the last of the Cool Whip.
- Finish with a crunch: Crumble some Oreo cookies on top for decoration.
- Chill before serving: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
