Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the shrimp.
- Toss everything together, adding parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or vegetables for a different variation.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
