Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
