Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter.
- Add a spoonful of Nutella on top of the batter in each cup.
- Top with the remaining batter, covering the Nutella.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm for a gooey center.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
