Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter.
  6. Add a spoonful of Nutella on top of the batter in each cup.
  7. Top with the remaining batter, covering the Nutella.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
