- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, wild rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is slightly golden.
