- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts. Stir them together until well mixed.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips together, stirring continuously until smooth and glossy. Add the vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until well-combined.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Transfer the mixture into a prepared 9×9 inch baking dish, packing it tightly and evenly.
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 120 minutes until set.
- Once set, slice into squares and serve.
