Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts. Stir them together until well mixed.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips together, stirring continuously until smooth and glossy. Add the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until well-combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a prepared 9×9 inch baking dish, packing it tightly and evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the bars for at least 120 minutes until set.
  7. Once set, slice into squares and serve.
