A delicious and moist chicken meatloaf infused with the rich flavors of mushrooms and Swiss cheese, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped mushrooms, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, thyme, and milk.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
