Description

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate syrup (for topping)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan, pressing firmly into the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely before filling.
  2. Beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture to add airiness.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanuts before serving.
