  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix miso paste, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey to create a marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
  5. Lay the whole wheat wraps flat and layer with mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, and sliced chicken.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll the wraps tightly.
