Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey to create a marinade.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- Lay the whole wheat wraps flat and layer with mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, and sliced chicken.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll the wraps tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some chili flakes to the marinade.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for a quick lunch.
