- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 8 mini burger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
- Form the ground beef into small patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom bun, adding the cheeseburger patty, pickles, and onions, then topping with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
