- 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Spread the corn mixture over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the cotija cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
