- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork.
- Bake the sweet potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Stuff the sweet potatoes with the pecan mixture.
- Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a vegan option, substitute butter with coconut oil.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
