Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and brush the maple Dijon mixture over the meat.
- If using, sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
