Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the cranberry-maple mixture all over the turkey.
- Cover the turkey with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the turkey to brown.
- Once cooked, let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with additional cranberry sauce if desired.
