Description

A creamy, nostalgic dessert featuring layers of bananas, vanilla wafers, and rich vanilla pudding.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 4 ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Pour in the milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract into a large bowl. Use a whisk to mix them together until they are thoroughly combined.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping, stirring with a spatula until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
  3. Begin the layering process by placing a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom of your serving dish.
  4. Add a generous layer of sliced bananas followed by a scoop of the pudding mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a final layer of pudding on top.
  6. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, preferably overnight to let flavors meld.

Notes

Allow the pudding to rest overnight for the best flavors and texture. You can prepare it up to two days in advance.
