- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, spinach, olives, cherry tomatoes, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the pasta mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Repeat with the remaining pasta mixture to create a second layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and slightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for extra nutrition.
