- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the meat, stirring to combine.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with salt and pepper.
- Fill each zucchini boat with the meat mixture, then top with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Place the stuffed zucchinis on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
