- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
