Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
