- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low-carb wraps or dough for the rolls
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and mix in the cream cheese and provolone cheese until melted and combined.
- Place the mixture onto low-carb wraps or dough, roll them up tightly.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
