Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low-carb wraps or dough for the rolls

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the cream cheese and provolone cheese until melted and combined.
