A delicious and creamy casserole that combines the flavors of jalapeno poppers with a keto-friendly twist.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooked ground beef, jalapenos, and half of the cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, use fresh jalapenos instead of pickled.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Serve with avocado or a side salad for a complete meal.
