Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Gradually add 1 cup of water while stirring continuously until the mixture forms a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with oil.
- Pour a thin layer of the batter into the skillet, swirling to create an even layer.
- Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the dough using a spatula and place it on a wire rack to cool. Repeat until all batter is used.
Notes
Use room temperature water for a smoother batter and experiment with layer thickness for desired crispness.
