- 1 package of pizza dough
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into strips.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Take each strip of dough, tie it into a knot, and place it on a baking sheet.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each knot.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the knots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
