Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add shredded chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture.
- Add shredded carrots, bell peppers, and green onions on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the filling.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add chopped cucumbers or lettuce.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Serve with extra honey soy sauce for dipping.
