- 1 cup fresh peaches, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped peaches with a spatula.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
- Beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Once cool, pipe or spread the frosting onto the cupcakes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days; freeze unfrosted cupcakes for up to 3 months for longer preservation.
